In comparison to the large national companies, where a Dispenser or client can get lost in the massive numbers, we at Healthy Hearing are proud to be a small, yet important, provider of Hearing Care in the United Kingdom. The company was established in September 2001 and has gone from strength to strength since to become the Mercury Customer Care Award Winner. We currently have 5 hearing centres and are developing a 6th, which we aim to open early 2019. We have a number of Associated Practices that we have worked alongside for decades such as Henry, Smith & Hamylton Opticians, Ringwood Medical Practice, Oakham Medical Practice and The Cranborne Medical Practice in Verwood. We employ 6- fully qualified and HCPC registered Hearing Aid Audiologists and 18 support staff to keep things running smoothly.
We operate a number of highly successful ‘Open Day’ events at various towns across the United Kingdom (usually close to our hearing centres) and have a dedicated Marketing and Support Team to back up our RHAD’s.
We are planning a careful and strategic growth so as to maintain the highest quality of service and retain the family run feel of Healthy Hearing, yet still be available to a wider client base.
An RHAD at Healthy Hearing is expected to know their way around most Manufacturers software and have a good knowledge of NOAH and all connection devices (to be able to trouble shoot connection problems themselves). The role will suit individuals with sensible commercial acumen. We have very high, and ethical, standards with regards to our dispensing practice and aftercare. We offer home visiting to clients not able to come in to one of our centres and have a very strong forward booking half yearly and yearly check up scheme that is for the life of the hearing system.
We adopt a unique client assessment protocol which allows us to allocate the right amount, and kind, of resources to maximise the benefit to the client and the company…This has proved to be extremely successful.
We have a number of centre based positions in Leicestershire, Hampshire and Dorset. The positions would ideally suit a dispenser who has over 4-years experience and can help with the branch strategy and promotion. We always look for people who have a self starting attitude, who can stand on their own two feet and work well as a team. Understanding the companies beliefs and passions, and working towards them is essential.
