Making it safe for us to look after you

At Healthy Hearing your health and safety is incredibly important to us

During these uncertain times, we are still offering our normal Healthy Hearing services.

From booking your appointment to the aftercare we offer at Healthy Hearing we continue to provide you with expert care while ensuring your safety. When visiting one of our centres or during a home visit, you will see extensive COVID-19 procedures in place to protect you and our team.

What we are doing to make sure you are safe

Pre-appointment

The day before your appointment you will receive a call from us running through our COVID safety questions to ensure you are safe to visit our centre.

Facemasks

When you arrive to our centre we ask that you wait and put on a brand new medical grade mask provided by us and immediately sanitise your hands.

Social Distancing

We aim to maintain a 2m distance at all times apart from when completing the hearing assessment.

Our Audiologists

For each appointment our expert audiologists will be wearing a clean apron, gloves and mask. While talking to you they will also be behind a perspex screen.

Sanitising

After each appointment the testing rooms and all relevant surfaces will be sanitised.

Limited appointments

To ensure we are able to conduct all of our appointments safely we have reduced the number of appointments we are conducting in each centre.
